Amplify: Allstate is one of America's cornerstone financial institutions and the largest publicly held personal insurer in the country.
Activate: TEDTalks were the inspirational nexus of a company-wide week focused on innovation. Employees were encouraged to look beyond their daily responsibilities and defined roles. They could listen to jazz for an hour, host a conversation on sustainability with a group of coworkers, or explore a new skill. Given the space to think creatively, employees created their own big ideas.
Engage: TED and Allstate were able to create a rich and engaging intellectual experience that helps employees contextualize and complement their work. Allstate gave their team the permission to innovate and fed their creativity with TEDTalks by thinkers and doers across an incredible range of disciplines.
