Amplify: GE creates innovative solutions to pressing issues in the fields of clean energy and affordable health care. TED represents a “place for authentic dialogue that engages multiple voices around innovation and the future," said Beth Comstock, senior vice president and chief marketing officer of GE.
Activate: GE worked closely with influencers at both the TED and TEDGlobal conferences, as well as the wider audience of TED.com. To advertise on the TED.com platform, GE created a customized post-roll series with a distinct style and a simple visual approach to illustrates the most forward thinking technologies and findings from their Global Research Lab. The post-roll series was designed to engage the TED viewer through inspirational, futuristic, worthy, progressive, bleeding edge, socially conscious, transparent and radical content.
Engage: With a focus on dialogue and conversation, GE invests in TED projects that invite an imaginative audience to think big and asks the community to join a larger brainstorm on innovation.
